Remember the New Wave era from the eighties? Groups like General Public, Industry, Aha, China Crisis and The Cure to name a few. And because I grew-up in the eighties, I still listens every now and then with New Wave! It brings back good memories. My favorite is “Chamber of Hellos” by “WIRETRAIN”. why don’t you guys try to listen to THE MISSION UK,THE WOODENTOPS, THE CULT, NINA HAGEN, LORDS OF THE NEW CHURCH ETC ETC..AND ALL THE UNDERGROUND NEW WAVE BANDS. instead of listening to those shallow new wave songs. -NEW WAVERS NEVER DIE!!-

Dude, since you have quite a bit of background on the filipino new wave scene in the 80s, maybe you can help me out-I’m trying to find out recently what the title of the songs that the filipino band The Dawn played on the movie Olongapo-The American Dream. It was a film back in the late 80s, and the band played a few songs onstage in the bar scenes. If you could provide me with the titles of those songs in the film, I’d sure appreciate it,thanks
