Charice Pempengco – Lady luck has been the constant companion these days of the hyper talented girl from Cabuyao, Laguna. Her love for singing starting from her childhood days has been fruitful. Her failure of not being the first placer in the Little Big Star singing contest makes her strive more on her effort to someday become a singing sensation. She instead continue to pursue her singing career here (Philippines) and abroad. Now she is considered one of brightest singing star in the Philippines.
Her video on youtube is one of her biggest break she got in her career (thanks to falsevoice2). Viewers were so captivated by her unbelievable vocals that some of them thought she was only lip synching the song “I will Always love you”. Not until videos after videos of her live perfomance soon propagate the internet.
Since then offers from different recording company starts pouring in, and also TV guestings from bigtime shows around the world like the talent show Star King in Korea, and her great performance after singing “And Am Telling You I’m Not Going“ at her guesting at Ellen Degeneres Show, where the audience had a standing ovation afterwards. Watch for her this coming May 12 at the famous Oprah’s Show, where she would be join by other talented kids from around the world.
