mamachari

Ever heard of the word Mamachari? We’ll its actually a japanese word for their famous City Bike. (Mama – Moms, Chari – Chariot or two-wheel carrier) that was initially designed to be use by the workaholic moms. Its the one that has baskets infront and kid seats at the back which you can see all over Japan.  And because of its durability and ease of use in the streets, it also became a hit to the working dads.

Nowadays, based on my personal experience, mamachari can be seen all over Metro Manila mainly because a lot of these bikes are being imported here by surplus dealers and were sold at a very cheap price.

And yes, I’ve have this blog post because I’m recently a proud owner of a mamachari. I’ll post some other time more photos and the reason why I’ve choose to bought one 🙄
