This pinoy stunt rider is the best! I’ve saw him several times already performing those difficult stunts (wheelies, stoppies, burnout, etc..) which I’ve only seen done by foreign stunt riders. I tell you its much more awesome if its done by a fellow pinoy.

With this remarkable talent that he got, he probably filled his house by now of trophies and awards from different competition or acknowledgement about his extra-ordinary feat.

His name by the way is Christian Jose. I didn’t know him personally but I saw him regularly at Castrol Motokhana competition raking awards and prizes at the podium. Keep us always amaze with your tricks IDOL! I know its kind of ironic but I’ll still say RIDE SAFE ALWAYS!!!

Good thing cameras and videos are not restricted at the view deck (arm of the cross) in Dambana ng Kagitingan, Mt. Samat Memorial Shrine, as I have managed to capture the splendid beauty of its surroundings from the top.

And mind you the place is not good for people with acrophobia (fear of heights) as its really scary up there, specially when its windy, the whole place seems to sway haha!

When you reached the arm of the cross, you are just 243 feet from the base, and its built on top of the mountain which is 1,821 feet above sea level. You could actually view clouds below the view deck. Ang baba lang di ba? hehe!

The PnSers Photo-Workshop last month was just fine. But it could have been a blast if the venue had a projector and an outdoor speakers for a much better presentation. Nonetheless, sir Fat_Joe deliver his topic (Basic Photography) magnificently. Thank God he had a loud voice and his flyers also made the participants comprehend more on his teachings.

Caught by surprise last night to find out that we (PnSers Camera Club) we’re included on the latest San Miguel Beer infomercial “Sarap Magbabad 2011″ on Youtube! At kami pa yung pinaka finale nung video! Astig!!!

Kudos to whoever created the said mini-clip (1:13) , the creativity and effects are awesome! Tapos ang galing pa ng background song! Sino kaya tumugtog nun? Overall, I really, really like it! How I wish they would broadcast this also on television.

Congatulations to my young successor Vennedict Brian Barcelona or Dek2! Who grabbed the 2nd place for the Novice Solo-Scooter category during the NRA Motokhana that was held at SM Fairview grounds last Sunday, May 29, 2011.

We were both excited as everything happened so fast! We only knew about the event a day before it starts. Good thing we join last year’s Motokhana. So we basically pick-up from our last year’s experience. Believe it or not, but the only preparation we did was to washed Miah (our scooter) and fill ‘er up. Then off we go to SM Fairview to register.

There are a significant number of riders participants despite the rainy weather condition that day. I chose not to join this time as my body still aches from my recent company outing. I just support Dek2 in the pit while coaching and giving him morale support. I also act as his official photographer and video man during the event.

With 11 agile riders to compete in his category, plus the wet tracks that makes it more exciting and challenging! I just advise him to relax and focus on speed and balance. And concentrate to be at least included on the Top 6 positions.

And with just few milliseconds time difference from the 1st placer…

1:35.035 (Dek2 Time)
1:35.425 (3rd Place Time)

I could say that Dek2 did a good ride that day!!! He made it to the Top 3 position!!! Thank God!!!

I guess we’re definitely going to the next Motokhana event this year.

HEADLINE: Animal obesity, the next health crisis?

I love pets! And so does my friends. Either we have a dog or a cat, a combination of both or a battalion of each.  But one thing in common, most of our pets are kinda fat. Ok fine, not just “kinda” but they’re really really fat. Even though they just ate three (3) small meals a day, they still blow up.

Maybe the cause is not in the frequency of their meals but in the actual meal itself. With the advent of dog foods and cat foods in the market that promise to provide all the necessary nutrients to your pet, it’s no wonder pet owners are entice to buy these. Not only its good for their pets, but because it  does not spoil easily and makes feeding their pet more convenient.

Weight loss pills that work fast for animals or pets wasn’t invented yet, Isn’t it? Or we really have to make them diet and undergo exercises?

The breakdancers are awesome! Ang gagaling nilang lahat! Me bata at me babae pang nagpakitang gilas ng kanilang poppin and lockin! I have so much fun watching and shooting them! I’ll post na lang some other time yung kuha kong videos sa kanila. Keep on breakin guys!

Many Pinoys who watched the fight says Pacman makes Clottey looks like a punching bag. It was even recorded for the most number of punches Pacquiao releases and landed in a fight. Whew! What a record!

Its just devastating that with all that punches, Manny fails to knockout Clottey. Anyway, he still was victorious, and that’s what matter most! Congratulations Kabayan Manny!!!

This story is my about my firsthand experience on what I might say is the most devastating and terrifying typhoon I’ve ever encounter on my entire life because it almost cut short my existence on this lovely planet…earth.

Friday September 25, 2009 – at the eve of Typhoon Ondoy’s arrival (International Codename Ketsana). I was searching and lurking different weather forecasting websites for how intense this Typhoon would be and setting aside health plans at bcbsnc for the moment. Its because I had a compromise with my ride buddy sir Vhen to join him on the 26th for a fun ride at Famy Laguna.

I found nothing on the internet that discourage me to join the ride the next day since it would only be a quick ride in the morning and we would all be on our own houses resting by lunch time. By the way my house was located in Greenpark, one of the most flooded area in Cainta.

At around 6pm that night, it started to rain. its only a drizzle, nothing to worry about. Then I receive a text message from sir Vhen. “Bro me bagyo bukas. Next time na lang tayo sama”. Without having second thought, I agree with him and I replied “Oo nga sir, wrong timing itong si Ondoy eh!”. Since its Friday night and with plans changed, I just went to my kumpareng Ronel in Anonas for some kampay session with other buddies. That night, we all observed that the rain never seems to cease.

Since its raining tough, I’m tipsy, and its already late. I decided that I slept over at Ronel’s place and go home in the morning……to be continued
