Awesomeness at its best! This is how I described last Saturday’s event at SM Taytay grounds as it present to the public the RACE – CAR & BIKE MOTOR SHOW!

I could say RACE or Rizal Association of Car Enthusiast does organized this event well and were tremendously successful to this event! They brilliantly delivered the first awesome car and bike show at SM Taytay or should I say in Rizal.

PnSers members and myself arrived there at around 5pm and found numerous people all over the place to see all those mean machines despite the medium rain that afternoon. From classic cars and bike to the most modern and expensive mode of transportation. They even got customized choppers and go-kart, customized tricycle and the transformer-like passenger jeep to the delight of the crowd.

Not to mention all the gorgeous models to almost all cars and booths. If the cars don’t make your jaw drop, they will haha!

This kind of event need some beat to make it more lively, and this is where two vans of sophisticated and high-tech mobile sound setup of Ground Zero nailed it! You can’t stay near it for long or you might get deaf haha! The sound is superrrrrr loud, with all that speakers and giant amplifiers to boost it.

What everyone needs here is some business cards to promote or introduce your company and give to your would be client or acquaintance. Be it your favorite car, booth, dealer, or the girls hehe. And that’s what upset me that night as I found out, I didn’t bring mine. :(

Just like what they offer at businesscards24.com. High Quality UV Coating and with your own personal design on your business cards.

Congratulations RACE! Looking forward for more events like this! San nga pala yung mga 4×4 ng Rizal?

9.10.11 (September 10, 2011) was such a beautiful date to go for a photowalk. We (PnSers Camera Club) initially planned to go to Pakil, Laguna to visit the church and climb Mt. Pingas but due to unforeseen event (brake stock-up and heavy rains in Tanay) we got no choice but to cancel the trip to Laguna.

Thinking if we’ll go home or still continue our photowalk. A member suggested we visit Regina Rica because it’s much more closer to where We stopped.

We then drive to Sitio Aguho, Barangay Sampaloc, in Tanay, Rizal and found ourselves in this beautiful sanctuary built by the Dominican Sisters of Regina Rosarii. The whole place is a natural beauty, with hills and mountains and trees everywhere. The weather is much cooler and the whole place is serene and holy.

A 71-foot tall statue of the Queen of the Holy Rosary stands on top of one of the hill with a mini-trail going up. Candle offerings are place along the trail so anyone can lit a candle, reflect and pray.

New photos of my mamachari

Posted by raredog in Raredog Promotes, Ra... | 09.09.2011 - 11:00 am

Another batch of photos from my Mamachari series.

The first photo I made with “Biko” which I titled “Biko Bamboo” I made it look like it was an old photo taken during the post-war era in Vietnam. The bamboo at the background made it more Asian-looking isn’t it?

But it’s actually a failed old-photo since as you can see I was wearing a digital watch on my wrist hehe.

So if ever you’ll want to mimic an old photo, be sure that no elements inside your picture are from the future haha!

The second photo is inspired from my childhood dream. To become invisible! And this I think I succeeded haha!

Its actually an HDR post-processed picture made from 3 shots of different exposure value and was merged into one, then of course erasing my skins to show the background and made it look like I’m an invisible man haha! Dream come true at last!

And for my finale, my mamachari in full view of its craftsmanship, with a long and winding road at the background makes it more classy that fits on a men sports magazine ad space lol!
