Charice Pempengco definitely wowed everyone on Glee and all gleeks out there as well! Glee as you know is a great musical-drama tv series from the United States, and now with an internationally known Filipino performer included in the cast. By the way, the word “gleek” did not come from www.toprateddietpills.com, it came from urbandictionary.com meaning Fans of the TV show Glee,:).

Charice is pretty sure about what she said in her red carpet premiere party of the show. When the show was aired weeks ago, I was hoping to see Charice show her acting skill but ended up disappointed. I’m probably with most gleeks out there after she didn’t show up.

So I checked the net quickly to check how come she wasn’t there. I found this interview of Charice, where she said that she won’t be appearing on the Britney and Rocky horror episode, she also said that her appearance would start at the fourth or fifth episode of the show but Charice made an assurance that when she appears in the show her fans will be happy of her role. Definitely something we gleeks shouldn’t miss

I’m not really into showbiz, but while reading today’s newspaper about how helpful and effective a treatment for eczema is to a lot of people. Suddenly I saw Alfred Vargas with Marian Rivera? Are they the newest loveteam? Nahh!

Well even if you’re not updated with showbiz, you should know that Marian’s true partner is Dingdong right? And it would be a surprise if you saw a photo where Alfred’s arm is over Marian’s shoulder? hehe!

Before my hypothesis gets deeper, I began to read what the real story is. Then I realize that it wasn’t really Marian Rivera… but someone who looked like her but arguably look better than her (*cough* as indicated in the youtube comments, *cough*… and I agree ).

The girl in the newspaper with Alfred is his Girlfriend. Her name is “Yasmine Espiritu” an Italian Citizen, which is half Filipina. I then checked the internet for more infos and it turned out that it’s not just me who thought of “Yasmine Espiritu” as “Marian Rivera” look-alike, it’s even televised .  For more of the scoop, check out the video and envy Mr. Alfred Vargas (Like I do ).

Mimicking the cool posed of an icon in Philippine rap culture is Darryl Smith. He tried to imitate the photo of his idol Francis Magalona, during the time when the rapper was still alive and bedridden.

This time Darryl put some  craziness originality by wearing a Zeus motorcycle helmet as an accessory haha! Good thing he didn’t request for an equestrian apparel to wear during this photo session, or else it would be more wackier! Oh by the way, Darryl was bedridden coz he recently had an appendix removal operation. Right now, he’s recuperating.
