Bloggerfest 2011
The Tale of the Growing Thunderbird Resorts Tshirt

It started after my name was called during a raffle contest at BloggersFest 2011 held at the scenic and prestige Thunderbird Resorts in Angono, Rizal. Together with fellow bloggers and indians – Zenkz, ClutchPobrengpinoy. and Len (clutch ex-gf) hehe.  We all came to the said event from invites coming from Azrael – a fellow blogger and an event master.

Ok about the growing Thunderbird Resorts shirt. I know your curious now since you have reached this sentence haha! Ok, so I got a Thunderbird Resorts t-shirt from the said raffle and it literally grows bigger in size in just a few hours. Unbelievable isn’t it?!

Ok so your still here and anxious haha!

Here’s why. (tining – tininggggg)

I got the shirt before lunch time. I’ve checked the size and it’s MEDIUM. obviously not fit for my beer-belly me, whattaheck, its free! Then at by mid-afternoon, Pobrengpinoy also won the raffle. He won a t-shirt too, and it’s LARGE! Yup, you’re right! We did swapped our tshirts as his body built was for medium size. Were both happy coz I know now I can now wear the t-shirt, although not snugly fit.

Then the last morphing of the tshirt happened that night hehe. A lady blogger infront of was called down to get her prize. Yes, you got it again! She also won a Thunderbird Resorts t-shirt! As she went back to her seat, just infront of me, I can see her head in frustraton (wobbling left and right). I then hear her say ” The t-shirt is too big for me, huhuhu!

That’s my cue haha!

I courteuosly asked the lady if she would  like to swap her t-shirt with my t-shirt. And she said yes without hesitation, yipeee!  So  we exchanged tshirts. Now I know I can comfortably wear my tshirt hehe. So that’s the Tale of the Growing Tshirt. Hope you like it. The End.

Upgrade to Android or not

HTC DASH
Android or Windows

With Android OS being popular on the new and upcoming models of mobile phones. I’m still sticking with my old but dependable HTC Dash that runs on Windows based platform (Windows Mobile 6.1 to be exact). It still serves me well in texting and making important calls. Not to mention I can also browse the internet with it and gives me lucky pick for the lotto hehe.

The only HTC accessories I really need for my HTC Dash was its headset that is hard to find because its not the standard 3.5mm jack. I need it badly so I can go soundtrippin while riding my scooter. So how about you? Do you need to upgrade or not?

Zuckerberg Facebook account hacked

Posted by raredog in Raredog Promotes, Ra... | 01.28.2011 - 11:11 am

I heard this on the news last night, while treating my Offshore Injury as it made me focus on the news instead of the pain :) . I’m quite interested as to what really happened, since the news just used a measly 3-5 minutes flash report about it, and not providing enough details.

I’m talking about the “Mark Zuckerberg Facebook account being hacked” issue (as mentioned on the news). I checked it out now via the internet, and it seem that “hacked” is just an specculation by most facebook users and the media :) , since early that time the Facebook team has not released an official statement about it.

Anyways, it was already cleared out. According to Facebook Team, it was an API vulnerability (API wasn’t mentioned but as I’ve googled it, it means Application Programming Interface) due to its vulnerability, it has allowed the hackers to post messages from a public facebook account, that means, they never needed to know your username and password, they just post messages. So in the end it’s not much of a threat and the Facebook team declared it fixed anyway, whew.
