I kind of miss belly dancing. Oh wait, I’ll rephrase that… I really missed belly dancing. It’s like one of the best workouts I ever had when I was studying it, way back when I had a gym membership (that and yoga). Unfortunately, ever since my mom canceled my membership, I stopped. And it’s a real shame, since I actually felt like I was pretty good at it.

I actually had to research it too. It turns out that bellydance and yoga are some of the top fat burners for women my size… you know, the extra fluffy size. Not to mention that both exercises are good training for the one another. Yoga is good for belly dance, and belly dance is good for yoga, since they target the right muscles in improving postures for both.

Hmm… now that I think about it, maybe I should get my yoga mat back out from my closet. Yoga is great for home exercise, since you don’t need any heavy equipment. All you need is a yoga mat and some comfy clothes and you’re good to go.

Actually, you also need someone who thinks it’s not funny when you do yoga. That’s what I need anyway. Having someone around the house laughing her butt off while you do a downward dog is a real pain when you’re working out.

So what is GPS all about? First, it stands for Global Positioning System. Its an awesome technology that made use of satellites that are orbiting in space for tracking, mapping and imaging anything on earth. Of which only the US Air Force can utilize for navigation purpose.

But that was in the past! Now this technology is available to everyone who has a GPS Tracking device which is widely available these days, some mobile phones nowadays has adopt it in their system. With this gadget in your hands combine with some applications, you can track almost everyone or everything. Like your wife, husband, sweetheart, or even your pet. This also came very handy for your vehicle security. In case you forgot where you parked it or worst case scenario when it got carnapped.

GPS Tracking is also very popular to military personnel, cops, and agents. They can track down their suspects more easily and accurately. The only problem I can think of is what if you’re the one who’s being track by some bad elements who also has this device. This and many other circumstances are the disadvantage of this technology. I guess in the near future, getting lost will be a thing of the past.

Who would have thought that thoughts can be taught and be the thoughts of all. Hahaha! Got you there huh! Its actually a trick sentence.
