I was inside this store, when I’ve checked those big cartons full of used pirated vcd’s. They said a rental shop had closed and they’re selling their vcd’s P10 each. What the heck, I seldom watch videos anymore! But wait! One title caught my attention!
Yes!!! It was the movie “Hackers“. A film from the late 90’s about cyber crimes. I guess it’s a collector’s item nowadays. Got my remaining ten bucks on my wallet and paid the cute girl for the vcd, and left the store.
I brought it home and watched it. And there I found out that Marcelle is not a Disc Jockey nor a magician and definitely NOT Mister Vader !!! He is Dade Murphy and he was a HACKER! He was known in the underground as Crash Override or much popularly known during his younger years as Zero Cool!
