Its because of the hardship that my butt is experiencing with my scooter suspension that I came up with this idea of customizing the shocks bracket of Geely (my China made GY6 powered scooter).
I have made some canvassing on some quality shocks like the one that comes from Sym Joyride, good for the buns but not to the purse.
During my research, Honda XRM original shocks is one of the most sought after by many underbone riders due to its good performance.
If it’s good for them, then maybe its good for Geely also. Went to my thinking table and designed a bracket that would make it fit for my scooter. Then I started to look for riders who are selling their slightly used XRM shocks. Lucky me, I got a pair for only P550 (great bargain hehehe). Then I visited a nearby machine shop and asked them to create my design. Which they did for a measly 200 bucks.
I have been using it for almost a week now. So far so good. My ride has been very stable and comfy. If only I have done it a long time ago maybe I would still have a round butt
