It’s breakfast time! Juicy hotdogs and fried rice are set on the table. And everybody are on the rush! Why? Because its Sean’s first day of school.

What a perfect day to go to school. The weather is fine, the sun is bright and gentle breeze blowing in the air. While Sean is at the shower, his mom is having a tremendous adrenalin preparing all that Sean would be needing at school , from his uniform, to his shoes, his bag down to his lunchbox. She seems to be tireless.  (And the most excited!)

As for me, I have already forecasted this moment and my idea since I’m a blogger is to capture the moment. As of  last night my batteries are fully charged and my Samsung digicam is locked and loaded. Ready to shoot anyone on sight with its 512MB ammo! lol

Sean was really enjoying every minute of his time at the school. While other kids were crying, Sean was busy putting up his puzzle. He listens while his teacher does a story telling, he even raises his hand when the teacher asked for a volunteer to paste a card on the whiteboard. Everything went on nice and smooth that first day of school,  except for one big problem,  when the class was finished SEAN DON’T WANNA GO HOME! Wahhhhh!

Their story gives such honor,and inspiration to the Philippines, especially to the Filipina’s all over the world as well as ASEAN member countries. As three Pinays of “KAYA NG PINAY EVEREST TEAM” sets record for being the first ASEAN Woman on Top of Mount Everest.

The Philippine nation eagerly monitored the hardships and agony of the Filipina mountain climbers in their quest to ascend the highest mountain on earth, Mt. Everest as measured by the height of its summit above sea level. They have conquered Mt. Everest with great skills and stamina and are now back to their motherland, the Philippines,last week.

The three Pinay Mt. Everest mountain climbers namely Noelle Wenceslao, Carina Dayondon and Janet Belarminowere  where these great climbers were given a heroes welcome and a presscon at the NAIA airport in the Philippines, a rank promotion from the Philippine Coast Guard and a welcome dinner at the Malacañang with Madame President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. Their itineraries are full of activities, like parades and awarding ceremonies from different institutions around the Philippines.

Even Senator Kiko Pangilinan, husband of Megastar Sharon Cuneta is planning to file a resolution commending the Pinay mountaineers’ bravery in reaching the summit of Mt. Everest, their will to reach the top and resilience for victoriously making another historical record for the Philippines and for the ASEAN region, as reaching the top of the world is no small feat.

To the Philippine Mt. Everest conquerors Noelle Wenceslao, Carina Dayondon and Janet Belarmino. We the Filipino people salute you for a job well done in climbing to the top of the world’s highest mountain, Mt. Everest

Got some suggestions early this year from my mentor, and one of them is to register with Kontera as this would give an additional revenue for my site with it’s ContentLink™. I almost forgotten his advice until last May 21 when I’ve got no sites to lurk, I suddenly found myself on Kontera’s website applying as a publisher. I recieved an email from them and told me they would review my site, and that I would have to wait two days for the results if websaytko.com would pass the requirements.

Then I’ve done some research to know if I would be violating Google TOS to have Kontera on the same page as Adsense. And I have found great info’s saying it’s okay with Adsense as long as Kontera’s ads won’t be similar with theirs.

Then came 23rd of May, checked my emails, no sign of kontera ,finally on the 24th an email from kontera, I excitedly read the contents and found out that my blog was approved! Yessss!!! Considering its fussy requirements for a website. Huh!

I’m having trouble where to paste the scripts the first time, but with the help of Kontera’s Support, pasting the script was just a piece of cake. Everything was running smoothly now. I’ll just have to wait for the ramping period to lapse. It is during that time Kontera will work on maximizing and optimizing their performance for my site.
