This one cool bike was reportedly stolen last night inside the biker residence in Marikina City. If you ever seen this Sporty Mio – Fiat Replica bearing plate number 6996-NR. Kindly call/text its rightful owner – Mr. JEREMY C. CRUZ a.k.a. saybertaz of MCP Forum at 09228422223 or just inform it to any police station. Let’s help this biker get his ride again. And help curb criminal deeds in our area.

Incidents like this are quite rampant. Take extra security measures on our bikes regularly. I suggest getting a comprehensive insurance is one alternative. I do hope you find your bike real soon bro.

Picking a Laptop

my sturdy lappieLaptops today has gone smaller, lighter and a lot more cheaper. Being popularly known as notebook before, its now more distintively known as netbook or UMPC (Ultra-Mobile PC). And for bloggers like me, portability is the name of the game. Just imagine, not only that its price has almost leveled with its cousin desktop but it definitely got more edge in terms of computing power and connectivity.

Battery life would be the first that I would look into, since I would literally be bringing it anywhere to blog, like malls, cafes, parks, even on top of trees. Since Im not power hungry, inferior processors and graphics would be just fine as long as it can handle word processing and simple graphic editing. Wi-Fi is a must for all my online work. Bluetooth would be nice but not necessary. An adequate storage for storing photos from my digital cam and some mp3.

So for me, a simple and not so high-tech laptop would do the job. But then again its just me. Of course there’s a lot of models to choose from, you just have to picked the right one for your needs.

Breakfast at Yamaha Marikina

raredog at Yamaha MarikinaCan you eat breakfast, browse online, and change oil your scooter all at the same time? Well as a matter of fact I did. I brought Miah (my mio scooter) to Yamaha 3S Marikina last saturday for her very first scheduled change oil.

Tagging my laptop that morning on the way to the shop. Im anticipating that they would offer me a cup of coffee, so I manage to bought some spanish bread along the way, haha. I wasn’t actually the one who will do the change oil thing but Melvin, one of their motorcycle mechanics.

It was on my full view (separated by a wall glass from the service bay) while Im inside the aircon showroom browsing my favorite forum (MCP Forum of course) and having my bread and coffee. Next time I’ll bring some of my partner dessert recipes to match their coffee. BTW check-out how they pamper Miah. They even place an electric fan infront of her. hehe
