courtesy of www.techpin.comMusic will always be in the heart of many people. They feel empty without it. For some, music relaxes the mind and body. The type of music changes as the time passed by. I remember in the ’70s, during my childhood years, the famous song then is “Stars on 45″ which was sang by many artists. Reminiscing those times made me smile. I remember whenever I played that song on our stereo cabinet, my friends and I danced our hearts out.

Then in the ’80s, my teen years. There’s the Menudo, Michael Jackson (R.I.P.), Madonna and The Bangles era. Pop music is on!  The ’90s came and Rap music rules. Now in the new millenium, Pop, rap, reggae still lingers with new and high-tech music (trance, house, techno, metal, alternative, etc..) continue invading the music industry. One thing for sure. Nice and cool music will flourished and will stay till the next, next, next generations.

Slimming Down

slim waist
Slimming down is not an easy thing to do. I’m sure most of us will agree with this. But there are some ways to trim down our body. There’s these ever tiring exercise which we can do at home or at the gym. Another is by eating well-balance diet or reducing intake of carbohydrates, taking those best diet pills or fat burners, and last but not the least is undergoing an expensive cosmetic surgical procedure like liposuction.

For me gradual diet is the best. Eating well-balance meal and doing some excerise like simple walking, dancing and playing will do. But if we find it too slow we can always add diet pills in our regimen as long as we’re sure that it is safe to take.

Awesome Urban Ninjas

Seriously. In a world that idolizes vampires and pirates, I still maintain that ninjas are way cooler than any of them. Besides, vampires are not even human. Whaddya think?

I recently saw a video on YouTube about urban ninjas, and they are SO awesome. These guys are so fit that they must’ve taken Phenphedrine capsules of something. I can’t see a single ounce of fat on their bodies! I wonder how many hours of “parkour training” do they do?

*getting green with envy from watching buff guys flipping through the air*

Watch the said video:

Urban ninjas are great, but they’re scary too. Can you imagine these guys if they wore the whole ninja gear and had katana swords, and they stormed your house with all those flips and moves that they do? It’s scary, man!!!

Unfortunately, as much as I love urban ninjas, I don’t think I’ll be able to get the kind of body that they have in order to perform tricks. I think I’d have to go to gym everyday just be on their level. Haha!
