pacquiao versus cotto

The pride of the Filipino’s, and the best pound-for-pound boxer in the world Manny Pacman Pacquiao would again prove to the world his prowess in boxing. As his match with Puerto Rican boxer Miguel Angel Cotto is now finalized. Top Rank promoter Bob Arum told ESPN.com that both fighters will meet at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on Nov. 14. Sponsors would again make a run for their money to place their logo’s on Manny’s boxing shorts. How bout wearing breeches for a change? lol

Bob Arum said

I’m really excited because it’s a real fight. These are two real warriors. Whichever way this fight goes, I think it’s going to be a classic because of the way these guys fight. There will be a lot of engagement. They’re great fighters. Cotto and Pacquiao are gutty guys. If you want blood and action and excitement, this is the fight.

So better freed your schedule on the said date. Fill your fridge with six-packs, roast the barbeque early and then sit back and relax as we all watch Pacquiao crushed Cotto in between his nails.

Bitukang Manok

bitukang manok

You won’t missed this famous zigzag road at the National Highway between Pagbilao and Atimonan in Quezon Province. It was called EmE Road or more popularly known by the locals as “Bitukang Manok” or chicken intestine in english or “isaw” in salitang kalye haha!

This one of a kind road is located inside Quezon National Park and I’m proud to say I’ve passed along this route twice last year when we went on a road trip to Atimonan, Quezon. It was on our way back home that I got the chance to take this shot of EmE Road. I was so busy that time that I did not notice that I was already left alone by my ride buddies, and that I need to speed up to get with the pack again! You wouldn’t believe it but I was left behind for more than two kilometers haha!

You could find more info of Quezon National Park HERE!

This photo of “Bitukang Manok” won out of 12 entries at our friendly Point-N-Shoot Photo contest at Tipidpc with the theme “Curves”. Nice feeling indeed! :D

Sign of an Accident Prone Area

accident prone area

I saw this wrecked warning sign yesterday. It is attached on a tree at around 10 feet from the ground. I find it funny and somehow eerie by the looks of it,(torn metal sheet and bruised trunk) you can say that whoever place it there were really point-blank that its definitely an accident prone area after all lol!
