Thank God I found my way home after that gruelling battle at  1st Playboy Philippines Dodgeball Tournament at Club 650 yesterday. The whole day is full of heat! The weather, the games, and the sights, whoa! Its absolutely fun-tastic! I’ve not gone sweating like this in years haha! Since Im virginal with the sport and I haven’t played any (other sports)lately, you could imagine how my body is tremendously aching right now as Im typing this blog. (argggh! can’t find my BenGay!)

I won’t mention whats the standing of our team (Digital Manila) hmmmm well whatta heck, our team is included in the Top Ten! Kewl! (but with only 8 teams playing har har har!) We came last actually wahhhh! All I can say is that we did our best and we have fun playing dodgeball. If only we….huhuhu… WATCH OUT for our return performance! lol.

As usual, I squeaked in my blogging activities in between games, by socializing with other bloggers and shooting some photos/videos. This is where I met my newfound BF haha! BlogFriends po. – Jeff, Aethen, Jonel, JP, Leirs, Alvin (Team – DigitalManila) Cher, Rochelle, Dong ho, Omar, Carl and of course the main man himself, Azrael. (Team – BlogBallers). Nice meeting and playing with you guys!

Our team are composed of (cute and handsome) bloggers, while for the other teams, I think it would be celebrities and playmates (awhoooo!).

So what exactly is Dodgeball, and how it is played?

According to Wikipedia

“There are many variations of the game, but generally the main objective of each team is to eliminate all members of the opposing team by hitting them with thrown balls”

Kinda rough description yaiks, with emphasis to the word ELIMINATE (tsugi ba haha)! Anyway, the players are not required to have term life ins for this kind of sport unless their opponents knows Genki Dama or will be using duckpin balls instead haha! One thing for sure, this would be a fun-filled day! And seeing again those GORGEOUS playmates is already winning moments for me!

Got the chance to experienced Pasyal Pinoy at Enchanted Kingdom on Mother’s Day. As I was among the 50 lucky bloggers who got an exclusive invites to spend a day of leisure at the world-class theme park for FREE!

We first met the kind Ms. Ara of ITEX,(the exclusive shuttle service of EK) at the open parking space of InterCon in Makati. Then we were welcome by the alluring Ms. Myla Cammayo (Corporate Communications Manager of EK) and told us briefly what’s in store for us that day. Both of them are grinning that time, because were on for a big surprise daw haha!

After a short wait for other bloggers to arrive, we finally went off to EK at around 10AM, then arrived after almost an hour. Bilis noh! We all registered at their Guest Relation Management Office and they gave us some free stuffs – EK Maps, EK Money and a colored hanky. Hmmmm what’s with the colored hanky?

As an opening salvo, Ms. Myla have us experience one of the most popular attraction at the park, the 4D Discovery Theater, featuring “Journey to the Center of the Earth“. Its actually a 3D movie with an attitude haha! Do check it out!

Pagkatapos, we then proceed at Launch Time for our lunch and to meet other executives of EK for some welcoming remarks and presentations. That’s when they revealed the so called surprise, the Magicalympics.

Afterwards, we were then divided into 5 groups (now I know why they gave us the hanky lol). I then belong to the orange group or what we named as the Panda Team (yahhhh! yahhhhh yaaahh!). From there I’ve met my teammate bloggers. Namely Chris, Aileen and Jay, Jonas, Buddy and daughter Yael, Sabrina, Johnn and the healthy guy (soorry po, i forgot ur name hehe, pm na lang po).

Magicalympics works like the famous Amazing Race. The only difference is that we won’t be going anywhere but inside EK only. Armed with an EK map. We were supposed to finish 10 tasks the shortest time possible. And for every tasks we’ve finished, they’ll give us instruction for the next task – ride – puzzle.

It was so fun and exciting kase we were like celebrities as we roamed around Enchanted Kingdom and performed our tasks. Kase nga people would see us wearing the orange colored hanky, merong nasa ulo, nasa leeg at sa braso, and they will make usyoso to what were doing. Tapos feel ko para talagang amazing race talaga, kase Buddy are continuosly shooting every tasks we’ve made. Sa Jungle Log Jam lang yata siya hindi nag-video kase nga baka mabasa yung videocam hehe. And besides, that’s where we got one of the most difficult task. Lagyan ba naman kami ng headband with plastic cup on top, tapos pupunuin ng tubig! Astig! Ibang level talaga haha! The objective is that after the ride eh dapat mapuno namin to a certain level yung lalagyan. On which our team successfully did naman. We actually earned some bonus time there. Sulit yung pagkakabasa namin haha!

The biggest regret I had that day is that I had to carry a bag that has all my blogging apparatus inside it. Its not that heavy pero siempre abala rin. At isa pa I was wearing a heavy maong pants, and that I forgot to wear my belt that morning because of excitement, kaya ayun medyo nahuhubo haha! Good thing I wasn’t wearing tuxedo shirts that day, or else I would dehydrate really fast. I envy Jonas who was so comfy wearing a t-shirt, shorts, and slippers that day.

By the way, our team finished last (saklap huhuhu). Although a bit sad, happy na rin kase we enjoyed naman all the activity (kahit some part eh medyo mahirap hehe). What counts is our bonding, camaraderie and team work with new and old acquaintances. Overall, my stay at EK that day was one of the most fun and thrilling event I’ve ever experienced. I dare you to try Magicalympics too!

First I’m officially registered as a blogger cum Wifi-Tester (an event sponsored by SM Marikina and organized by blogger Azrael), Secondly, I got an scheduled interview (also at SM) with Ms. Gwyn Ebol of U.P. Diliman for her thesis, third, to pay my overdue bills for our internet subscription haha, fourth, to treat my partner for some pasta, and of course lastly to beat the heat haha!

What a geeky sight! More or less 100 bloggers with their lappies commingle in one place to test the Wi-fi connection at SM Marikina. Wi-fi gadgets of all kinds mushroomed the venue, along with the strip of computer shops as our background. Techie-ness at its best! It’s like we’re way ahead of time during this awesome event.

Nice infrastructure. In and out.

Although we stayed at Greenwich later that day and got a fast connection there too. BTW I’m open for that condom tester too! lol.

Even the elders embraced technology these days. I’ve met this very cool grandpa on board a souped-up electric wheelchair that has a side-mirror, a horn and would you believe? a dvd player that has amplified speakers. I wonder if there’s any mods on its motor hehe. Nice one sir. Thanks for the pic.

I had a blast last night at the Buhay Coke Bloggers Party which took place at the Taste Asia Restaurant located at the SM Mall of Asia. The food was magnificent and blizzard of ice cold beer was overflowing. I have managed to shake hands with 2 famous bloggers for the first time. The first one is Jehzlau – (the one that’s been envied for his lofty earnings) – of jezhlau-concepts.com. and the other one which I think is the sexiest and prettiest she-devil that night – Hellga of blog.ditz-revolution.net.

I even won two tickets at the SM Science Discovery Center for being a diablo wannabee (or look-alike lol) . And it doesn’t stop there, as Coke and SM Hypermart even gives everyone a case of Coke Zero to bring home. Thanks Coke for the party! You are very much welcome to place ads on my site!

Since this gathering is social networking, where you get the chance to meet a lot of nice and horny people (advertisers, bloggers, CEOs, VIPs, etc..) I better have my calling cards ready. And for those of you who also needs it.  I prepare a nice tutorial on making a handy dandy calling card ala meal stub. hahaha!

Materials Needed:

• computer with a word processor (486 will do) 
• printer (with ink of course) 
• bond paper (not related with James) 
• rubber band (the rockers?  nah!) 
• Elmer’s glue (never mind the name, it could be anyone’s glue - waldo’s, fred’s, kadyo’s lol..) 

1. BTW I’m referring to MS Word in this tutorial. But you can use any word processor on your computer.

2. In the page setup settings type 8.5 as the width and 13 for height. or just pick the legal size from the dropdown menu.

3. Next create a textbox that measures 1.53″ height x 3″ width.

4. Pimp your card. Type all the informations needed.(ex. name, email, mobile no., etc.) Put your logo or image to make it eye-catching. (don’t mind the one I’ve made, the colored ink was already empty, lol)

5. Group all of it (textbox and images) then copy and paste it in 3-column on the page. (This would snuggly fit 24 copies of your calling card on one printing) See image:

6. Save the file for future editing.

7. Print at least 3 or 4 pages.

8. Cut it using a ruler and a cutter.(just be careful) or you can also use a scissor.

9. After your done with cutting. Arrange all of it like a deck of cards. Make sure its stiff and firm.

10. Tie it up tightly with a rubber band

11. Using your forefinger, apply Elmer’s Glue on the entire tip of the calling card (right portion only)

12. Let it dry for about 30 minutes.

Tada! You now have a handy dandy calling card ala meal stub. Now present it with a smile.

I just join the bandwagon of zero page rank blogs! I’m not so surprised coz I knew it was coming; Last Thursday (December 6) I posted “my first for godsake” opportunity blog for payperpost titled “Officially a Postie“, knowing the news about blogs that utilized payperpost are being deranked by Google, I still pushed my luck and post it, I even recall a comment by a fellow blogger saying “Hi, Are you not worried that Google will run after your blog and reduce your PR to zero?” And it did happen! After 4 days my website was grabbed of its PR4, just like that! (that guy is a psychic)

It was so sad for PPP bloggers like me, for it would greatly affect us in having some nice opportunities due to the loss of our PR. Im just doing this to supplement my low monthly income, is it bad? Now all my dreams of earning  via blogging was devastated. I hope Google would give us their side on why they made such a move.

I was scheduled to do many things yesterday like – create a favicon, check mails, etc..but instead I spend the whole morning reading a thread consisting of 32 pages at PPP Boards - Am I imagining this? — PR Dropping to 0

I also try different Page Rank checker online for a second look at my PR, nevertheless they’re all consistent of PR ZERO  results! wahhhhhhh!
