Charice Pempengco – Lady luck has been the constant companion these days of the hyper talented girl from Cabuyao, Laguna. Her love for singing starting from her childhood days has been fruitful. Her failure of not being the first placer in the Little Big Star singing contest makes her strive more on her effort to someday become a singing sensation. She instead continue to pursue her singing career here (Philippines) and abroad. Now she is considered one of brightest singing star in the Philippines.

Viewers were so captivated by her unbelievable vocals that some of them thought she was only lip synching the song “I will Always love you”.
